Largo Winch was just a carefree adventurer until his step-father died and left him Group W, his billion dollar international corporation. He also left him a video that tells how he used to belong to a secret organisation that manipulates the world economy for their own ends and that they are responsible for his death. He charges Largo to use his Group W resources to seek out and destroy this organisation.
