The nuclear submarine USS Colorado is ordered to fire its missles at Pakistan. When they refuse to carry out their orders without confirmation, they are declared enemies and fired upon. They excape to a small island where they declare themselves the world's smallest nuclear nation while they seek to clear their names and return home.
