


Ex-cop Jake Cardigan is framed for dealing Tek, a digital drug on a microchip which sends the user into a highly addictive simulated reality. Released after only four years of a 15-year sentence, he is offered a job by his mysterious benefactor to join his organization in their war on the Tek Lords, the crime bosses who rule the streets.
